Agricola Redesign Training Specialists Student Agreement

* I acknowledge and agree that participation in the ARTS Redesign and Home Staging Training Program will require me to move furniture, artwork, and accessories related to the redesign service as an integral part of my hands-on education. I do not have any condition, disease, injury, or other limitation that would prohibit or interfere with my safe participation in the ARTS Redesign and Home Staging Training Program. I agree to accept full responsibility and hold Agricola Redesign LLC harmless from all liability resulting from my participation in the ARTS Redesign and Home Staging Training Program, including any liability for injury, property damage, or otherwise. I acknowledge the worksites are actual clients' homes and not all conditions are under the direct control of the instructor, and accept that I participate under the guidance of the instructor, demonstrating proper respect to the client's home, the fellow students, and the instructor. I acknowledge and agree that Agricola Redesign LLC reserves the right to exclude a student from class participation at any time if there is concern about said student's ability to participate safely in class activities.

An applicant who has any reason to believe that he/she may not be able to participate safely in the course must consult with his/her medical professional prior to registering and paying a deposit for the course tuition.

Registration Policies

1. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your place in class. Class size is limited to four students for optimum hands-on learning.

2. Class registration is on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of deposit.

3. Remaining balance of class fee is due two weeks prior to the first day of class.
